Riverside RV Resort takes full advantage of the topography of the beautiful Similkameen River Valley. We are nature-conscious to ensure uniquely situated situated lots highlight exquisite views, not just the RV next door. The park’s 22 acres are tiered as it skirts the Similkameen River’s edge.

A fully qualified Park Manager will be maintaining the day to day operations, including our own state of the art fresh water plant and waste water system. He will also oversee the maintaining of the pool/fitness/laundry facility. There will also for the convenience of our members/guests two motel suites. The ‘Society’ will charge a minimum amount for these rooms to cover cleaning and maintaining.

 

We offer 133 lots - each lot is registered with the society with a shared interest in the whole complex. We have paid careful attention to the natural assets, such as mature trees, so our lots vary in size, but all are approximately 50’ X 60’. This is much larger than the norm, but we want you to have a place to relax and enjoy rather than be crowded by your neighbours. We’re a park, not a parking lot.

All utilities are brought to the lot line. The final installation will be made depending on where you choose to position your unit! The state of the art septic tank and water systems, overseen by our park manager, will meet all your needs.

Riverside RV Resort is an attractive option for those from the colder areas of the country that are looking for a place to enjoy the milder winter months. It is an easy commute from the Lower Mainland for RV’ers who come to the Okanagan/Similkameen for their summer vacations and weekend retreats.

No age restrictions are set for owners or guests, but we are basically adult oriented. RV units are subject to age and condition and are to be CSA approved and subject to inspection and carry liability insurance. Lot improvements such as landscaping, decks, sunrooms and sheds require a plan. The plan is to be submitted to the planning committee for approval. This will ensure we keep the highest of standards.

The Park was opened officially in the Spring of 2006.  Sites are selling well, but there is still time to choose your perfect getaway property.
